Publication of the Lost Works

After the amazing rediscovery of the Wandering Boulder of Capitol Reef and the subsequent discovery of the Lost Letters of Franklin Wheeler Young, came an even bigger discovery: the lost poetry of Aretta Young.

Elizabeth Aretta Young (daughter of Frankllin Wheeler Young) was a school teacher, artist, writer and professor at the Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. Her real expertise was in watercolor painting, but she was also a well-known and accomplished poet. Many of her poems were never published but some survive in manuscript form.
